summit ave remodel

A lovely Seattle craftsman home sitting on the hill on Summit Ave needed some care and updates. To save cost, we kept the same layout and did not mess with the exterior (as architects often like to do!). We opened up a wall here and there to create better flow and usage of space and bring in more balanced daylight. Much of our work was in updating the finishes and fixtures, bringing new life to the spaces.
